I'M DONE!!

on overload

last week of house construction

experiencing melt down

deadline...not realistic

drove by my old house today.....all I wanted to do was go inside and be HOME! ...but it's not my home anymore.

when will the new one be home? It seems never ending. The end was suppose to be Friday....not gonna happen.

I want to sit down and escape with the olympics...but my DARN satellite keeps saying "weak signal" and the screen if just blank.

I wish I was on a beach in Mexico!

***according to sitemeter 29 people have read this so far, but don't care!......yup! it's that kind of day! apparently I'm having a pity party!

  2. I'm sorry your deadline isn't going to happen. I know how anxious you are. It's coming! Since you won't be moving, if it's till hot, we should plan to have you coe over and swim. Would that help?

  6. Let's book a flight today! I'd so go with you and you wouldn't have to ask me twice.

That sucks about not seeing the Olympics.

Hang in there! And don't forget to make reservations for two to Mexico.

  9. I AM on the beach, and believe me, it IS relaxing! In fact, it makes me forget everything that I must face when I return home this weekend. The only thing the beach can do is postpone the inevitable.

  11. I am feeling so sorry for you that you have to go thru so much to move into a custom built, custom painted, custom, custom, beautiful home. And not just a custom home, but your 3rd custom home! I am your sister, and I can tease you about things. All I want is pillows, and a rug, and I feel like throwing a pity party too. Hang in there! Love you!

  12. could be worse -- my house is done and looks like a tornado hit -- darn messy kids.

I am sorry for you, though!

  13. I hope that you get to move in soon. I know how you feel, we build a couple of years ago and I couldn't wait for it to just be done.

  14. I know I would feel the same way, but just remember there will be an end to it soon. While I wish i could do what you are doing, I know I would have a hard time being in limbo. I like being settled. Can't we just twitch our noses like Bewitched or nod our head like genie and having things all done...darn I guess that really doesn't work.

  15. I feel your frustration....I wish I could help you, really I do.

Take it easy on yourself, you are an amazing woman that does so much.

I'll say an extra prayer for you.

  17. perhaps the house knew that this weekend we were having our annual heat wave and moving in to a new house would suck...

  18. Think of it like that last week or two of pregnancy---it has to be MISERABLE so you'll appreciate the results all the more :)!---or something philisophical like that!

Just hang in there! Can't wait to see how it turned out!
