BLT Syndrome

BLT Syndrome. When BLT is not kept under control, I believe it is one of the leading causes of obesity. I have a mild case of BLT. I'd be willing to bet that YOU have BLT Syndrome. Yes YOU. Doesn't really matter who you are. Almost everyone is affected by it. BLT is different in each individual. It is highly affected by lifestyle and choices. Most mothers have severe cases of BLT. So what is BLT Syndrome....Bites, Licks, and Tastes!!!

Oh my gosh are they the downfall of your day like they are mine? I'm taking care of my nephews and my niece for a couple days and so I've got 5 kids in the house. Which of course means I've been preparing more food than usual....which leads to way more BLT's.
If you are like me, you pretend that BLT's don't really count. Problem is...THEY DO! You can't hide BLT's from your scale or your butt!

How is your case of BLT? Severe...Mild...share with me!

  1. Mine is more than BLT's. IT is like whole pieces, large helpings and big fatty portions.

  2. I saw BLT and thought of Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato.. shows you where my mind is.

  3. does "the other half" of his sandwich count as a BLT?

  4. sometimes all i do all day is BLT. I will even make dinner and not eat it with my family. I actually enjoy BLT's more than full meals sometimes. Somedays I am aware of them and consider them into my calories and other days I ignore them on purpose!

  5. I don't BLT much because I can't eat a lot of the things my kids eat. However, I always have a container (yes a container with a cute little snap lid) of chocolate chips handy. 3 here, 3 there. I don't think there's any calories in them if you only eat 3 at a time.

  6. I'm not a big BLTer either, mostly because i'm not with my kids all day. But I do have days when I am an "eeis"er as in Eat Everything In Sight. Yesterday was just such a day. Not something to be proud of!

Thanks for taking the time to leave a note!
